Kailey Evasic, PA-C grew up in South Lyon, Michigan, where an early fascination with human movement and athletic performance led her to pursue a degree in Kinesiology at Michigan State University. After graduation, she worked in a physical therapy clinic, an experience that fueled her passion for helping people return to the activities they love. This hands-on exposure to patient rehabilitation solidified her desire for advanced training and ultimately guided her path toward becoming a Physician Assistant.
She went on to attend Southern Illinois University’s PA program, intentionally shaping her clinical education around orthopedics and completing as many specialty rotations as possible. These immersive experiences deepened her commitment to musculoskeletal medicine and prepared her to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care for a wide range of orthopedic conditions. Her training laid a strong foundation for a career defined by technical skill, thoughtful decision-making, and patient-centered practice.
Today, Kailey specializes in the knee and works alongside Dr. Frush, helping patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence. While the knee is her primary focus, she has extensive experience managing a broad spectrum of orthopedic concerns. Known for her thorough evaluations, collaborative style, and dedication to achieving meaningful outcomes, she brings a blend of compassion and clinical excellence to every patient she serves.
