She treats a wide range of patients—from elite athletes to active professionals and weekend warriors—using advanced arthroscopic techniques and a deep understanding of joint biomechanics to help restore mobility and prevent long-term damage. She has particular expertise in complex cases involving labral tears, impingement, rotator cuff injuries, and femoroacetabular impingement (FAI). Dr. Silas combines technical skill with a personalized approach, guiding patients through recovery so they can get back to the activities and moments that matter most.

When she’s not in scrubs, Dr. Silas is likely on the sidelines cheering at her kids’ sporting events, immersed in the pages of historical fiction, or off on an active family adventure—chasing sunrise on a mountain trail, carving fresh tracks down snowy slopes, or reeling in the biggest catch.
