Faythe Connelly PA-C

Faythe Connelly, PA-C was born and raised in Frankenmuth, Michigan—a small, close-knit community known for its German heritage. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Michigan State University and went on to complete her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Medicine there as well. As a member of MSU’s inaugural PA class, she trained in a uniquely integrated curriculum with the College of Osteopathic Medicine, learning side-by-side with medical students and faculty.

After graduating in 2024, Faythe began her career in neurosurgery, caring for patients with a broad spectrum of neurological conditions. This early experience deepened her clinical insight, strengthened her empathy, and affirmed her commitment to compassionate, individualized care. Her longstanding interest in orthopedic surgery—first sparked while shadowing a physician assistant—has now come full circle, and she is excited to bring her skills, curiosity, and patient-centered approach to the orthopedic team.

Outside of medicine, Faythe enjoys spending time with her family, especially her six nieces and nephews. A proud Spartan who bleeds green and white, she can often be found tailgating on Michigan State’s campus in the fall and cheering on Spartan basketball in the winter.
